Refund policy

We must be notified within five business days if you received your item damaged.

If it is a simple fix, as in a jump ring came loose, or something similar, you must attempt to fix it yourself. We can also provide you with the missing part, if needed.

If you are unsuccessful, with the repair, we will issue you a credit or refund.
